Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. I completely understand your frustration, especially when you had somewhere to be and were looking forward to a positive experience.
However, I do want to clarify a couple of points. At no point during your appointment did you mention that you needed to leave by a specific time, which would have allowed us to better accommodate your schedule. In fact, we always encourage open communication about time constraints so we can adjust accordingly.

Today I had my hair cut by Bronwyn. It's one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I'm very pleased with the service and the conversation was even better. I'm keeping her! ?
Great experience! They fit me in without a prior appointment, took time to really learn what I was looking for (coaxed it out of me since I'm not particularly good at communicating this part), and then delivered! Bravo!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
