I have used StoonRMT for acupuncture and a few types of massage. Care from the professionals has always been excellent.As others have mentioned, the lack of a receptionist during some times of day can make different aspects of booking/managing appointments more challenging. In addition, there are often few appointments to choose from - which can be inconvenient, even though I think it speaks more to the popularity of practitioners!
I have to say the massage therapist, Cat, was thorough and good. But the company itself is frustrating as they have no receptionist that I know of and no way to relay information is needed. Everything is an automated reply via email or text. It makes it hard to communicate important information regarding billing or appointments themselves.
I've been seeing amber for about a year now on a bi-weekly basis. She does amazing deep tissue work and is so mindful about my requests. I've seen plenty of massage therapists but amber is by far my favorite! She is personable, professional & down to earth and is so fun to chat with! I really enjoy our sessions and I'm always counting down the days to my next appointment!
