I give 5 star because my experience has always been positive. Courteous and helpful staff, even with a smile sometimes and pretty much anything you need is available. Plus a dog wash !I've seldom had to wait to get in and if I did have too, well, only a few minutes.So today I go in, put some money on my card and off I go. Then the attendent shows up and says, boss says give ya a free wash and they put 20 mins on the clock.How awesome is that!

I just visited this car wash and had an incredible experience!The manager, Merrick, was exceptionally kind and understanding when I faced difficulties with the new payment machines.I highly recommend this location for its exceptional service and helpful staff. Five stars!

I always go to Spiffy. The building is clean and I have always had great customer service from the youth that they have employed there.Recently the company was switching computer systems and there was a glitch with my card, I had prompt service from manager/owner? Ward. He fixed the issue and was very pleasant to deal with. I’m glad there is still companies out there that care about their customers!
