Had a new furnace installed last spring, and new a/c last week. Tech guy was first rate and both the furnace and a/c were installed quickly as advertised and no surprises. Very professional crew. Not something you find very often these days. Good experience
Had them install my a/c, new furnace, and today a new hot water tank. Installed on time, no fuss, no muss, no pressure. Consistent good service from start to finish.
Of course our old AC broke down on one of the hottest days of the year. After several different calls to local AC companies, I was convinced I would be waiting for at least a week to get a new unit installed…until I called Reliance. Vic was there the next day to lead me through all our options and made it easy to pick a new AC. He was extremely professional and there was no pressure. Then to my surprise, he was able to arrange installation the next day (on a Sunday morning). The installers were great and very efficient. Overall couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!!!
If you want your installation done professionally and in a timely fashion, Reliance is the way to go. Not only were they able to come out to diagnose the issue with my AC unit, Alex was able to get Azhad (sales associate) out to me the same day and we selected the best option for my condo. They got me scheduled for an installation within a few days just in time for the heatwave. I highly recommend these guys, their customer service and communication is unbeatable!
