Tom was extremely professional, patience, and completed high quality work. Explained what, why, and how we were having an issue with our hot water heater, and made sure the resolution to our problems would last for years.
Tryf came by within 15 minutes of my gas going out . He spent a full hour checking out the situation and found that the gas company neglected to turn on my gas . He easily could have charged me for a n hours work but did not do so . He is personable and professional and efficient and has hrlprx me out of three jams now. I almost consider h to be a friend. He has cemented my understanding that your company is my permanent go to company for any and all plumbing problems . He knows what he is doing ! Very very pleased .
