Vicki did an amazing job sugaring. She was very professional and very easy to talk to. Also the fact that Nova Esthetics is a 2SLGBTQ+ friendly store, I immediately felt comfortable being in the store. I'd give more stars if I could! Highly recommended.

Most relaxing experience I’ve ever had, when you first get there they ask you to fill out a form with concerns and allergies. Then they pull you aside for a consultation to really understand what you’re looking to achieve that day. I’m very sensitive to gluten but they had a wide range of products that were GF. The ladies make such a calming environment which made it extremely easy to let go of all my anxiety I hold onto. This is the only place I’ll be getting a facial from now on. ?
