I'm in the area for a friend's wedding, and we went for pedicures. OH. MY. GOODNESS. This was absolutely the best, most relaxing experience ever. Michelle and Vicki are absolute sweethearts, and true masters of their craft. If you're thinking about getting a pedicure, definitely come here! 5/5 and I'd rate higher if I could!

I have been coming to Novo for about 4-5 years now, and it wasn’t until today that I decided to fully pamper myself in preparation for my wedding. Vicki’s sugaring techniques are impeccably thorough. Her pedicure is above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced - her attention to every little detail is amazing. My toes have never looked cuter! Now, the FACIAL?! It far surpassed any expectations I had. Not only was I able to truly relax for the first time in ages, and completely slow my brain right down to enjoy the experience, Vicki chose each product so thoughtfully for what my skin needed, she took so much time to carefully nourish my face, neck, shoulders, hands, feet...all my worries and tensions disappeared. Everything was gentle on my skin, yet so effective - I knew she really listened through the consultation. Most relaxing experience; I almost cried, hand to God. Novo takes self care and pampering to a new level. Absolutely magical. Thank you so much. ❤️
