“I think nails are a luxury in this economy especially as a broke student so I do not get my nails done anymore but only once in a blue moon. My mom asked me yesterday morning if I wanted to go get our feet and nails done together, it was a Sunday and already 11am so I thought it would be difficult to find a place for us on short notice and a nice place at that. (I used to get my nails done for years but recently stopped, so I have been to a lot of nail salons in Saskatoon.) I was able to find Wendy’s Nails & Spa and seen the awesome reviews, I do not like thick gel nails and to be rushed around, my mom never gets her nails done ever so it was rare she asked because she usually doesn’t like the way people do her nails because they get frustrated or don’t listen when she asks for shorter etc. (she does her own gel nails.) I was able to get us in on short notice, the staff was very kind and nice to us. Did not make us feel annoying and were very attentive, remained kind till the end. We will definitely be returning in a couple weeks as we really enjoyed ourselves!Specialties: They used a mini bow in my nails and made sure it cured correctly and put a topcoat over so it would not break off easily, most places do not do that so I was happy.Cleanliness: Very clean and brought us a cup of water!Stylist: I forgot her name but they paid great attention to detail and was able to show us how a flower would look, different types of flowers before they decided on one. It was nice and it was awesome to see my mom enjoy herself.“

“Carolyne is the best person to go to for pedicures. I’ve never had one as good elsewhere, abroad or in Canada/Sk there is nobody who offers a service like Carolyne for pedicures. She is also meticulous in terms of cleaning & sanitizing instruments & equipment so you can rest assured you will never have an issue.
