They had the vehicle I was looking for and the buying process couldn't have been easier. Service was the best!!!! Use Merlin for all my vehicle needs. Electric vehicles are awesome to drive and the service department is the best!!!

My vehicle could not start, so I called the dealer I bought the car from. They asked me to tow the vehicle to their service center in Saskatoon. The most annoying aspect of it was that they could not check the vehicle until the next day, Friday. However, they could not diagnose the fault, and the call I got from them was to approve more hours for further diagnosis. I refused, and in the end, had to tow it to Merlin Ford. With one touch, it was fixed. My vehicle is back to normal. Please, always take your vehicle to the manufacturer. They have all the tools to get their vehicle fixed. - Aliu Etu"

Excellent service! Brie always makes sure her customers are well taken care of. Loaner vehicle is always clean & when my vehicle is returned, it's super clean, inside & out. Service at Lincoln is top notch...highly recommend!
