Scott has been extremely responsive through our build as well as follow ups.Initial consultation with Scott for scoping the build was very helpful and Scott was highly knowledgeable. Hot water tank gave out just before we were going on vacation. Innovation came to our rescue by firstly assessing the problem and then arranging for a new hot water tank to be installed the morning after our return.Removal of the old tank and installation of the new was handled efficiently and to our full satisfaction. Very professional with the technician taking the time to explain everything from the initial problem right through to final installation.Warranty information and advisement that we qualified for Sask Energy Rebate was all provided via email making the process simple.Very satisfied.Service: Installation
