I have found my hairstylist for life! I love how Croft is so creative, kind of like an artist. He takes everything into consideration, my face type, my hair type then he begins to make suggestions that will work for me. My hair has never been in such good shape... he uses organic hair color and doesn't use irons etc. then shows me how to style my hair without the use of them.
I never post reviews but I can't leave this unsaid. Absolutely atrocious haircut. Did not listen to anything I communicated, and went so far as to blame me later for not showing him photos, despite him interrupting me when I tried to talk about my hair. Poorly layered, shitty blunt ends, embarrassing overall. Took about five inches off at the shortest part, so I'll have to wait about 10 months for my hair to grow out again. After I expressed my frustration and asked for a refund, he said that's not possible but he'll give me a haircut for free next time (though I must say I'm not keen to go back). Excellent "do". Friends and family comment on how good it looks. His experience and creativity give Croft the edge.
