My 33 year old central air conditioner finally died, I had Eric come out from Furnace Guys and explained what I needed, gave me a really good deal. The next day Jaren came out to install the new air conditioner, he was a really nice guy to deal with and explained stuff to me as the day went on. Once he was done he found out he had a bad txv so he came out the next day and put a new one on. It’s only been a few days but I’m quite happy with the new system.
My cooling system messed up on a sunny afternoon. I called furnace guys but I didn’t have any appointment for the same day which was scary because the heat of the night. I was place on waitlist and before I could think longer a technician was on his way to fix the issue. He was so knowledgeable that he solved the issue in no time.
