We all know people leave more bad reviews than good ones. So be wary of the bad ones for this spa. The building took a second to find but because I am always early it wasn't an issue. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Karilyn brought me in right away and had me waxed and out the door in no time. I am extremely impressed with the service and pricing. There ladies obviously work hard and do a great job! I will be back and will be recommending for friends to also try their services.

I have been going to Definitely You Spa for 10 years! The prices are incredible, Cookie and the staff are so kind, and I always enjoy my experience there! I’ve been seeing Sarah for almost 4 years and highly recommend her for waxing!

Great service, but the newest member gave me my last Brazilian and it was the worst one of my life. Almost felt like she ripped of my skin. I had to place aloe on my skin afterwards bc of the burn.
