Very professional and fast. We switched to a tankless water heater and there was extensive work required to move the new Navien unit to a new location. The guys got it all done in one day and took the time to answer our questions and explain the new system, warranties and rebates. They were very polite, even apologizing for (and cleaning up) a tiny amount of water that came out of the old broken waterlogged unit during its removal... Will definitely be using their services again. Great work and thanks again!

I have been using these folks for a number of years. Again they came through when my water heater quit on New Years day. Phoned their emergency number and they walked me through my options and by noon on Jan 2 my new water heater was installed. Their customer service and professionalism is unmatched in my opinion.

I'm updating and adding a new review to the one below. I again used Courtesy Plumbing to fix some plumbing issues in my bathroom. Again they were on time, professional, and did a great job at a fair price. Their office is easy to get ahold of and a pleasure to deal with. I again would highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing. Older review: I used Courtesy Plumbing to fix my A/C. The office and technician Dawson were great to deal with, honest and very fair. They were recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.
