I had an excellent experience at Bella Sante MD cosmetic clinic. The staff was welcoming, and the clinic's atmosphere was calming. Rebecca was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable. Highly recommended!

I have never been to their clinic in person but I purchased something on their website and I was quite disappointed by their customer service. It's been ten days since my purchase whilst the same-day confirmation e-mail stated that my order has shipped and that I should get my order in 3-5 days.
There was no tracking number or estimated delivery date provided whatsoever, as with any online purchase confirmation from any other e-commerce. So I e-mailed them once to ask for these info and their reply never even addressed the goalpost of my e-mail. All they said was that my order would be shipped early... read full review
I had an appointment with Colleen for Coolsculpting and can't be happier with the results. Her post care instructions were clear, she explained everything thoroughly. I feel great and can't wait to show friends my before and after photos. Thank you, Colleen!
