Paul the salesman has superior customer service. The process of buying the car was so easy and fast. Paul even called a couple of days after the car was bought to see how it was going. Even with the building under construction all the staff were very friendly. SG was a great salesperson who pushed to get the deal completed. The dealership was efficient and very pleased with the vehicle. All parties involved did a good job. I wanted to add a review specifically for their service department……as well as Todd and Shaun.
So I took my vehicle to YXE Auto for some body and mechanical work and the experience honestly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they also took so much time to walk me through things without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to.
Long story short, the dept. discovered an underlying issue with the rear knuckles while swapping my tires. Instead of brushing it off, they were incredibly honest and straightforward, and did everything they could to explain it clearly and gently. That level of transparency really blew me away.

I’m very happy with my experience at YXE and the 2018 Grand Cherokee I bought earlier this month.
Sarov was a very good sales rep to deal with, he handled everything professionally and worked quickly. The Carfax, shop inspection and work order invoice was provided right away, without me even having to ask. A wiper blade needed replacing that I noticed on the test drive, he had it replaced before I even remembered to ask about it. The pickup of my new vehicle the next day was very well executed, it was cleaned again, staged nicely in the warmth and ready to go.

Went in looking for a different vehicle and purchased a 2025 dodge ram.
Our sales man SG was great got things going quickly and our finance guy Petros got things started and we were in and out in no time.
Issue with the batteries in the truck but this got sorted out quickly.
