Scott provided a very detailed inspection and report outlining all of his findings with quality pictures that allowed for easy identification of the location inspected! We were unable to attend the inspection but based on the quality of the report provided we were able to clearly identify the areas in question and the recommendations were a great touch.
We have had 2 other home inspections in the past but they were nowhere near the quality or detail of the one performed by Scott. We would strongly recommend Scott to anyone wanting a quality home inspection performed and can’t say enough good things about the service and report!
Darcy is the best!! Definitely one of my main inspectors that I reach out to for myself and my clients. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Would give more then 5 stars if that was an option!!
