Came in today for my first ever tattoo removal, everyone was so nice and welcoming. My technician was great at explaining the procedure and walked me through the whole thing. I definitely recommend active energy!
The initial consult was very inviting and James was really warm and welcoming. They were able to answer my questions either by email or over the phone fairly quickly and did not pressure me. I’m about to start their protocol and I’m looking forward to how it can help me!
