Richard and Levi were very responsive, professional and competent. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in addition to other non furnace related questions I had. I've been using Welldone Mechanical for my home repairs for over 15+ years now. Everyone working there is very professional and every single one of them always do a great job.This year I had a kitchen leak in February and Gene was excellent in quickly discovering the problem and fixing it. Most recently I needed a new furnace installed. Levi and Richard made that transition easy. When they finished, the basement area where they worked was cleaned spotlessly.Maria is a gem. Welldone installed a new furnace, water heater and smart thermostat for me. I was most impressed with the professionalism of their workers Levi and Devon. Every step along the way, was explained to me, and they patiently answered my many questions. They went the extra mile, explaining the workings of the equipment how to change the filters and work the thermostat wth my iPhone etc. I believe the price was reasonable for the high-quality equipment and workmanship I received. My energy bills were horrendous and are much easier on the wallet now!!! I highly recommend them.
