We discovered our toilet was leaking and called immediately Friday morning. Dallas came out in the afternoon, despite an already very busy day for him, checked out the problem and got the materials needed. Rather than just stopping the leak and returning after the weekend to reinstall the toilet, he stayed late Friday evening to properly fix a previous contractor's problem that had led to the leak, so we had a fully functional master bathroom once again. He was very respectful of our property, keeping things neat during the repair, and cleaned up completely afterwards.
