Jordan came out today to a rental property (I am just the tenant) he was amazingly professional. incredibly thorough! took the time to look everything over. Tried so many different options regarding the furnace and air intake. explained humidity to me and how it effects the home. Was completely professional when talking about the other companies we had come out! You can tell he's very logical and well educated. He provided exceptional service! Had Brad here this am for our two year old HE furnace maintenance. He called as he was going to be early. Brad was very thorough and explained what he was doing. He took his time, much more than previous technicians from the previous company we dealt with (not because he was slow). I’d certainly recommend him for future HVAC issues.
