Great experience overall for a quick furnace repair.He was able to fit me in on the day I called, and arrived on time. It was a quick fix (just needed to clean the flame sensor) but he entertained lots of additional questions while also showing me how to clean the sensor to prevent an issue like this one in the future. I recently had to replace my water heater that had sprung a leak, and Aaron did an excellent service. From start to finish, Aaron was professional, efficient, and courteous. He removed the broken tank, rolled the new one to my basement and replaced the entire thing in less than 2 hours.Throughout the process, he was respectful of my property and took great care to leave the work area clean and tidy.
