Our air conditioner died on a Friday before a long weekend. They had appointments available on Saturday for someone to come and help us choose a new unit and they had an appointment arranged and our new a/c unit installed by Tuesday. The guys who installed it did a great job, too!
Brittini was diligent with her work and sorted out the leak in our kitchen sink. She had to come back to fix our bathroom sink the next day, which showed high value and responsiveness to the customers' needs. Thank you, Brittini, for your hard work and awesomeness! Also, kudos to the operator who arranged for an immediate plumber to take care of our home. Outstanding teamwork at reliance, indeed.
We just had an RO system installed, and are very impressed by the professional, friendly, and timely service right from our sales person Laura Jinks to the installer. Would highly recommend!
