My husband and I found mold in the basement of our rental and reached out to PuroClean to see if they could give us some advice regarding what of our items could be salvaged and how to go about doing it. After my father passed away in his house, I had no idea where to start. Puroclean went above & beyond. Disinfecting, removal of debris, arrangements to tow a snowed in vehicle, securing the house after thefts, arrangements for security, and pumping out a basement full of water. Kind, supportive, understanding and patient. I really don't know how I would have managed without them. I reccomended them every time one of my friends are in trouble.
