My husband and I bought our home last year and were looking for a company to service our water heater and most recently, repair our furnace. Professional Plumbing & Heating had great reviews online, so we decided to give them a call. I can't recommend them enough. They were incredible to deal with, the furnace is working great now, and they were able to get what we needed under warranty. I will be calling them for all of our plumbing and heating needs.

We had Professional do our furnace and air conditioner in our new home. They also did the install in our previous home in 2019. They are an amazing group of people from Craig and Erica down to all of the great installers. We can't say enough good things about the service and professionalism. A few weeks ago, our furnace started failing, and as it turns out, the heat exchange was cracked. Every plumbing and heating establishment that we contacted had unreasonable prices, or they couldn't come out for 48-72hrs. However, Professional Plumbing & Heating made sure to get their technician (Jamee) to come out that evening, and they offered a competitive and reasonable price. This alone earns them a five-star rating.We still needed a new furnace, and our experience didn't end there.
