My dad has been here for a couple months now in the dementia unit. So far the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I like how when I call them I get an answer from someone right on the floor right away, and they all know who my dad is and can give me updates.My only gripe is the smell. I understand there are lots of incontinent patients there, but it wouldn't hurt to invest in some febreze or air fresheners.I'm a Regina Realtor with 10+ years experience. 3 west at pioneer village has amazing staff that go through every detail of a new patients history to get to know them. They seem very eager to help and make sure the patients are well taken care of.

my grandmother spent the remaining years of her life in care of this home and the staff were exceptional in her end-of-life care we were thankful to have Pioneer Village there for her final years for Affordable Care
