A month or so ago, We came here to get our daughter her first hamster she named "Fluffy", unfortunately a week later Fluffy started showing symptoms of "wet tail" and the helpful staff told us to bring our sweet girl back in and they'd take her to the vet.Fluffy was doing great in care (thank you to Trena for keeping us updated) until she wasn't, unfortunately we made the tough decision to let her go.When we returned to get another hamster as our daughter was heartbroken, we found "Fluffy 2.0" aka Bear, she's such a sweet lovely little hamster as well, a little shy still but is slowly loving being carried around and going on adventures in her ball.Thanks again Trena and...read full review

I went to PetSmart as my Great Dane Theia has had a sensitive stomach.So I needed to change food . A clerk came and helped with my questions. She took me to the food . Another man was looking at the same dog food . He also had a question and she helped him.He took the last bag . So I asked the clerk if I could get the same bag? She brought me to another shelf with more dog food. Then helped me with more questions. I later had her at my till.I had 5 star service!Thanks so very much!

The staff is always super friendly for the most part, not all but most, I do notice that there stock for certain things throughout the store is very limited, or it’s difficult to get back in stock and it takes a couple weeks.
