We had hardwood flooring installed by Parkland in March 2024. Our experience was 5 star. John helped us choose the flooring and went over and above to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Paul installed the floor. We had been told by another company that there would be problems replacing the hardwood however Paul had solutions for those problems and installed the hardwood perfectly! We are so pleased with the final product!

Just had our basement carpet replaced by Parkland Carpet One Regina. Excellent sales experience and the carpet looks fabulous. Kind, friendly and experienced installers did a great job and post job cleaning was first rate. Highly recommend Parkland Carpet One Regina.

This review is for the flooring only, as we did not use their installation service. The sales person, Shauna, was fantastic to work with. She was very quick with providing us with the information we needed. And, if she didn't know something, she was fast to ask someone else who did know, and then got back to us. The pricing was very competitive, and Shauna took the time to find and order the exact flooring we wanted, without trying to sell us something we didn't want. I wish all customer service was as excellent as what we experienced at Parkland Carpet One. Wishing the owner and staff all the best. Thank you for being so great at your jobs! :)
