Sorry,I used to be a very good customer for years,I haven't been in Jump.ca for awhile,but I was deeply disappointed with the lack of service,and the lack of knowledge of the young man that was behind the counter that day!I am not impressed the way this place has gone down,even three years ago things were much better.But This was in Regina,so I went to Yorkton the week after,and my faith was restored,that young lady in the Yorkton office of jump.ca,knew what she was doing.

I went to the east jump,ca to fix my phone as my ear piece was not working. Andrew and the tech were excellent as I had a hard case on my iPhone and they removed it and were able to fix my ear piece without wiping my iPhone. Andrew was beyond pleasant and knowledgeable.

Andrew resolved my iPhone issue in about an hour, whereas I had been told beforehand that it might take up to three days (I may add that the total cost was much less than another repair shop had quoted me). Andrew was very helpful not just with the repair, but had some great suggestions for iPhone protective cases/screens. I highly recommend him and the Jump Repair Centre.
