It was so easy booking an appointment with them didn’t have to wait long when I got there the piercer was nice and friendly she talked me through every step that she was doing

Just finished a pedicure at Janes spa this morning. Carmen was kind, talkative and engaged throughout my pedicure, she's skilled, gentle and knew just what I needed. The spa environment is unique, It's two character homes joined together. I had my pedicure lying down with a warm blanket and heated neck pad, brown sugar scrub for my legs and toes, at least a 30 minute foot massage after the grooming and I'm certain she snuck in some reflexology too! I had the Janes signature pedicure. I'll be back for sure. They toured me through the spa to show me all of the options we would have for aa groupppointment I have booked later in June. Overall amazing experience, can't wait to come back!

This used to be my go-to place for product. However the last 2 times I've been in, there was no one on the main level that I could find and I waited at the till for about 5 minutes before leaving without purchasing anything. Having said that, the other times have been great and the customer service was fantastic.
