Water in the basement bedrooms - after panic cleaning for a bit, came to realize it was worse than first assumed and we needed things professionally assessed. When my basement flooded in June ‘23 every large restoration company was booked. I found Inspect It All Disaster Services when I had posted on FB while looking for someone to remove my wet carpet.From the first time I met Mike, and crew, I felt I was in such good hands and they truly lived up to that initial assessment.The minute I send Mike a text with questions he answers. We had an insurance claim for our basement this spring and ended up using Mike and his team, and I am very thankful we did. They did an amazing job throughout the entire process. They were great to work with, communication and updates were excellent, explained what they were doing in detail and answered all of my many questions. They definitely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.
