I was in need of a new lash tech and decided to book with Kaitlyn and have been going back to her for months now. Her expertise is amazing and she always does exactly what I ask for every time and makes sure I am always comfortable during my appointment. Very welcoming experience and I always look forward to my appointments! Highly recommend booking in with Kaitlyn.
Staff were always nice and welcoming except for one girl. She was rude and unprofessional to my daughter, otherwise my experiences there were great. I think her initials were T.W and she was horrible. Please look into this. Salon is clean and organized, overall it's an amazing service, but I would not book again if I knew she was working that day.
I swear some of the happiest people work at Fabutan! I’ve been to quite a few in different cities and this has been true in every one of them. I am always welcomed when I arrive and thanked when I leave. So simple but it adds to being a nice break in my day when I come by. And I like that I can drop in on my schedule.
