I been renting here for 2+ years, I called and I was stern with my voice, not rude. I was very shocked when Don the manager started cussing at me through the phone! I called because they kept telling me they will call back when there is an available property and there was!! Which Krystal the receptionist told me she will get Don to call me back and they did not stick to their word. Point is they don’t keep their word and Don was very inappropriate on the phone!! I am stunned!

This is the most unprofessional firm I’ve ever seen, they don’t know how to keep their tenants and scamming is one of the things they do. The manager Don talks rudely to people. Totally unprofessional wouldn’t recommend it to people

I signed a 6 month lease agreement a week ago for 2730 12th and then when I put move form in for my worker and payment info that Monday he went to call her she said she gave it away to someone else I tried phoning Ort and they said they weren't legally allowed to remove me from premises and when I told them I haven't even got the keys yet they didn't say anything and just asked me if I wanted to file a claim against them
