Black Sea Tattoo Inc. is a nice, clean, and friendly shop. The artists are super friendly, incredibly talented, very personable, and rad. They are passionate, take their time to make quality tattoos, and are very easy to work with. Customers report amazing and beautiful work, with artists able to accommodate schedules and put ideas together, often exceeding expectations. The shop makes people feel comfortable and welcome. Many customers are very happy with their tattoos, plan to return for more work, and totally recommend the place. It is a super awesome shop to get a tattoo.
After doing some research and asking various artists for suggestions on what I was after, I kept getting referred back to Black Sea Tattoo.
Needless to say, Julian did not disappoint! Not only was he able to put my ideas together, he blew it out of the water! Nice, clean and friendly shop. Very easy to work with and since finishing a full sleeve, have been back for additional work and plan to come back for more work in the future!

Super awesome shop to get a tattoo!! If you are like me and are discouraged by other tattoo shops in Regina, look no further. Julian has to be the nicest guy in the business and he makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. I was going to go out of city/province but I’m so glad I was recommended to Black Sea Tattoo before doing so. Getting more work done this weekend!
