My favourite gym I’ve ever been to. Amazing and supportive community. The owner is welcoming and kind. The gym has so many things for stongman, oly weightlifting, CrossFit stuff. There’s a cool boxing room, stretching room, and cycling room. Amazing facility. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.

I've been here for personal training and classes over the course of 8 years. It's been great watching it grow. It's filled with real salt of the earth people, all looking for personal growth with none of the judgement.Think like a real life version of Average Joe's gym from dodgeball (with the nice people. The actual gym is nicer :D).

I walked into this gym without a clue but never felt like I didn't belong. A great, welcoming atmosphere where anyone is willing to lend a hand whether they are there doing their own workout or a professional trainer. Love the small group fitness classes, especially Cade and Nika!
