“If you live out of the city and need someone to change your water heater these guys are GREAT! I wasn't able to get anyone local to where I live (almost an hour from city), and after calling around in the city was going to get way over charged to have someone come out from a few other companies I had called (especially on the mileage). John was great to work with on the phone to arrange things and answer my questions and give me an estimate (bonus final bill came out to slightly less than his rough estimate). They have quality product and reasonable prices. If I had been able to get someone local the prince difference wasn't all that much and I would have had to wait. No hot water sucks lol. These guys came the next morning. Allan did a great job installing the new water heater and didn't waste his time and got the job done efficiently. Professional and clean work! He answered any questions I had and was very polite and personable. He was even concerned about the mess the old one had left so swept and wiped up the floor before placing the new unit.
