Staff is very polite. Offers great service and helps customers find what they need or want. If they do not have what you want the store will find it and order it just for you. They value their customers and stand proudly behind them.The only thing they lack is delivery. For this service I give my business to Pet Planet, which delivers my order within 15 mins. at the latest.I give Pet Value 3 stars out of 5.????

Really nice lady who was very knowledgeable and helpful finding what we needed. Also took our large dog for a bath here and it was really nice, she didn't like the free treats they had but the large tub was nice

Very good customer service I have cockatiels and they love birds helped me find toys Nd didderent types of bird seed to keep them happy and iccuoied(they're afraid of their new toy but thays nust charlie Nd ili er for uli...they'll eventually love it)
