I phoned 2 months ago to inquire about flex loans and was directed to a voicemail. I tried to phone yesterday and it was the same voicemail. However, a lady by the name of Ella phoned back and explained everything I need to know about flex loans and how it differs from a personal loan. I appreciate that the store is calling back customers now.????

I was waiting to pay my loan that i owed and the manager rowella was rude enough to tell me she didn't have time for me. All I had was a question for her and now my question is how does she have a job for a manager infeel unimportant.

Made me feel welcome, manager & staff is courteous and friendly . Rowella answered all my questions & made sure I know what I needed to do. Will definitely recommend this place .
