My Alternator failed about 20 min outside North Battleford. I confirmed that NAPA had a replacement. James Auto is next door to the NAPA,so I had the AMA contractor towing company take my vehicle to James Auto. They got it in right away, installed the alternator and two belt pulleys I had with me and hadn't installed before the 20 h trip I had undertaken. While the work was being done I had a conversation with Trent, the owner. We chatted about the purpose of my trip to Manitoba. When we came to settle up Trent made it clear he appreciated the work I had went to MB to do and the work I have been doing for years. Definitely treated me well and took the sting out of the breakdown and got me on my way in record time.

A big toast to James' auto repair! I am from Alberta and had my alternator go. Napa could not test, so they said I should try next door. Wow! great people they squeezed me in and stayed late. Chris that stayed late was super! I think North Battleford is lucky to have such a great business and people. Then we ran into Chris that fixed it as he was fishing. He waved us over to ask if everthing was ok and wish us a great rest of our camping trip. They get a 10 out of 10 from this 70 year old man and his son! Thanks Guys
