Our furnace wasn't working and we called Johnson Plumbing shortly after 8am. Within an hour journeyman plumber, Neil Cinnamon, attended. He was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond our expectations, ensuring the furnace was properly serviced. Prior to Neil's attendance, I spoke with two staff member on the phone, both were friendly and patiently walked me through some systems checks to see if I could correct the issue. We highly recommend Johnson Plumbing.
