I came in with an emergency on my move from Calgary to Ontario and they squeezed me in first thing and made sure I was safe to continue. They even called and spoke to my mechanic cousin to talk things through and make sure everyone was feeling ok! To top it off, I had my dog with me and they let her hang out in the waiting area with me. Everyone, including one of the owners, was super friendly and upfront, and kept up friendly conversation with me while I waited about 4 hours. I couldn’t be more grateful!
Took in my 2014 Ford Explorer. BTC Automotive was super friendly to deal with and made sure I knew everything that they had done to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to get anything done on their vehicle.
