Drew was professional and friendly he took knew what problem was immediately and went over the cost of repair before continuing to complete once I approved and had repair part with him. I will request him next time I need an appliance repair. This service was much appreciated!

It was wonderful service. They said they were going to call so I was waiting and then finally had to get in the shower as I had an appt in Elk Point. I took the phone with me, but had just gotten out of the shower and the doorbell rang and it was the Sears man. I went and got dressed and then he told me that someone would be calling me in the next 24-48 hours.
