Pete and his guys turned our basement into a theater with a bar and game room. It is now our families favorite area to spend time together.
Due to the rain over the weekend, we had a pretty severe leak into our daughter’s bedroom. My husband spoke to them this morning and they came out this afternoon to assess and put a temporary cover on the roof for right now. Communication is top of the board as is professionalism, fairness, and job well done. I can’t wait to see the finished product with this wonderful company!!
My mom, sister and I were on a "girls" weekend and mom's prescription sunglasses were bent hurting her ear. Melissa, worked on her glasses free of charge and got them straightened out! She was very friendly and understanding. Thank you very much!
I was piddley farting around with my mower cuz it quit working on me and pulled out the broken part in two pieces so I came here and said to him you got one of these he says an intake manifold for 6.5 Briggs right I was just amazed that he said that cuz he was right and then also had the gasket for it.
It was wonderful service. They said they were going to call so I was waiting and then finally had to get in the shower as I had an appt in Elk Point. I took the phone with me, but had just gotten out of the shower and the doorbell rang and it was the Sears man. I went and got dressed and then he told me that someone would be calling me in the next 24-48 hours.

Amazing staff that are so good with my babies. If not for them I would not know Chloe was having the trouble she is and would not be trying to figure out the cause. They also did a neuter on my male guinea pig cloud and he is doing amazing. Would not want to take my animals to anyone else. Amazing people.

Five stars. We received excellent advice from Leslie that helped us sell our home. She struck a good balance between encouragement on steps to take to help, but also did a good job of giving us room to complete what we needed to without being overbearing. Personable with a good sense of humor.

Called J&Tr Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Repairs Service
to come out and clean a chimney in house I just purchased. Set-up day and time for them to come and day of appointment someone called and told us they were on way. Once at house, proceeded to put down cover on floor for protection. Looked in chimney and told us there is no reason to clean because it looks fine. Told me to call next fall or spring if we use the fireplace this year. Highly recommended, their technicians are great and amazing too.
