The doctor was so nice and kind to us as we had to put our cat down. We were visiting Watertown when our cat got sick, and she met us at 9:30 PM to check him out and help us make the painful decision to put him down. Would recommend going to her vet clinic.

We have had nothing but amazing care with dr Louis and her team. We had cat seen for an scratch on her eye they took thier time explaining everything to us.a couple months later we reached our for health concerns with our senior dog again she took her time to talk us through our options and helped us make a decision in the best interest of our dog, unfortunately due to health and age of our dog she helped us decide it was time to put our dog down as he was in pain and wasn't going to get better, they came to our home so our dog didn't have to travel and could feel safe in his ownhome with his family she and her team took thier time and made everyone feel safe... read full review

Outstanding service every visit. They are very organized, thorough, and professional. They followup to ensure routine care is scheduled through reminders. Dr. Louis is superb—highly experienced, takes time to discuss recommendations, and is so calm with pets. Her staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
