“The doctor was so nice and kind to us as we had to put our cat down. We were visiting Watertown when our cat got sick, and she met us at 9:30 PM to check him out and help us make the painful decision to put him down. Would recommend going to her vet clinic.“

“Wonderful place to take your pets. My more recent encounters were to have both one of my senior cats as well as one of my dad's cats get cremated. I must admit that bringing in my cat to be cremated was incredibly hard, but the staff was so friendly and empathetic to me. I've recommended their services to so many others who also rave highly about this location. You will not regret taking your beloved pets for veterinary care or cremation services when that time comes.“

“horrible experience. they lied about how my dog was doing after her surgery and said they wanted to keep her another night but that nothing was wrong. 3 hours after bringing her home she was vomiting blood and mucus and could not stand. I brought her to a different vet the same day and she said it was internal infection throughout her body. We had to say goodbye to our sweet dog 4 hours after bringing her home from Glacial Lakes. I went back to Glacier Lakes the next day and they refused to take any responsibility. But of course they billed for everything ? please read my full review on Yelp“
