I'm the volunteer webmaster of our local non-profit Vietnam veterans group that had never met Karen. On a phone call I was able to come over and she solved a website problem that the expensive and competing host service would not and could not solve! And Karen did it as a favor. No doubt, we will move our hosting to her when our current & expensive hosting service soon expires. What a delight to work with someone so knowledgeable and helpful!
