The workers were rude, and very impatient. Over two of my nails were already detaching from my actual nails, usually acrylics last up to or over a month and have to be professionally removed or filled, but mine already broke and came off in less than 5 days and I didn't do anything that could have caused them to lift or break, I did really like the design but it was just the costumer service that could have been better and the prepping must not have been correct due to how quickly my nails broke...
I’ve been getting my nails done here for along time and I’m always treated wonderful and I’ve never had a problem. I show them what I would like done and they do it and if they can’t do it, they let me know.
I use to come here quite often to get my nails done and I usually post the results on social media because I liked their work.
I have recently stopped going once prices started being outrageously high and I noticed I was being charged for things such as nail length (extra nail length), nail shape (even if you don't get one and its just square).
So I wanted to see if I'd still be charged weather or not I chose a long or short nail, so one time I chose a shorter length and was still charged for it.
