I needed to order a new system for a relative that lives in the area. I called Taecker Plumbing & Heating as I had worked for them in the past. They treated me like family then and still do. They were very professional, friendly, reasonable & quick to respond. You did a FANTASTIC job, thank you ladies and gentlemen of Andor Inc.

We had a great experience with this company. The first guy came out to give us a quote. He was friendly and quick to get the quote to us. We then had to give a deposit for the project. I stopped into the office and they were very nice and even spoke with my 6 year old about cookies to keep him entertained. During the project the install the gentleman noticed our furnace misfiring and informed me about it. He told me what the issue was, what part was needed and asked if we wanted him to do it while he was there running the gas line for a new stove. I really appreciate the work they did and their attention to treating their customer like a friend.
