Took my pups here for two nights and kenneled them separately. My one pup came back and she definetly lost some weight, but I'm assuming that was her refusing to eat. Neither got sick, sounded like it all went super well. If boarding for longer than a few nights I may look into something a little different but I'm super happy with how things went.

This salon is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing and positive. My stylist, Dani, did an amazing job on my haircut, and I am very picky! She explained everything so well and even recommended a great treatment for my dry hair, which worked great! She gave the BEST shampoo and scalp massage I have ever gotten at a salon! Can't wait to book with her again!
I was visiting Watertown for business and needed a last-minute trim before meetings the next morning. I made it to the door at just before 5, but Catie was kind enough to fit me in and ensure that I would look professional in time for my meetings. Stellar haircut and great conversation from a super lady! I will be sure to visit again the next time I am in Watertown.
She did a great job, fading is extremely hard, and it has been really tough finding someone who knows what their doing.

Aysia does a great job at Salon Lux. She is always has a method or suggestions of getting what I want done. My hair was a getting brittle when I started going to her. She has given me some pointers in keeping my hair healthy.

Trajan, Well done! I'm VERY particular about my hair so much I had a consult to get a feel of her style. First time ever having a stylist take a test stand to ensure my results. I get complements often on my hair and how beautiful my balayage is.
Our water heater went out and the Warne Plumbing crew was there an hour after we decided which route to go. We couldn't be happier with our new water heater and softener. Matt and Tyler went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. Job well done Steve, Matt and crew!
Fixed the original issue I had and showed me another problem that had led to my complaint. They recommended a couple companies to fix the larger issue. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Only reason for 4 star is due to communication on arrival times/ dates.

I have gone through them a few times for a few repairs in HVAC/Furnace. Always friendly and professional to deal with. They try to squeeze you in the best they can, even during their busiest times.
We have used Elite many times at our different properties . I do believe each time we have called they have come the same day and taken care of our problems . Recommend 100 percent.
Cannon is a company that will actually calls you back. they are efficient, flexible, very helpful and their prices are reasonable.
We've used Dupont several times since we moved here in 2004. They've come out in the cold, windy winter (-30) and in wet springs. We've had them work on new service and old, questionable wiring. The doctor was so nice and kind to us as we had to put our cat down. We were visiting Watertown when our cat got sick, and she met us at 9:30 PM to check him out and help us make the painful decision to put him down. Would recommend going to her vet clinic.
Wonderful place to take your pets. My more recent encounters were to have both one of my senior cats as well as one of my dad's cats get cremated. I must admit that bringing in my cat to be cremated was incredibly hard, but the staff was so friendly and empathetic to me. I've recommended their services to so many others who also rave highly about this location. You will not regret taking your beloved pets for veterinary care or cremation services when that time comes.
