From time to time ur customer service is poor. But they have 100% worked with me on every occasion. They may get upset but they will work with you if you are honest and communicate ahead of time. Been with them for almost 4 years.

We have bought 3 vehicles over years and never had any problems til this year we asked for a deferment for one payment and they were like you missed a payment and we got automatic withdrawal so they were rude and didn't care that they left me with $5.65 for the week then they took the missing payment without authorization that is theft no matter how you cut it !

Shelly is amazing... my last few months were rough and she managed to work with me on what I could do for a payment.I would suggest this place for an auto loan any day of the week.... Shelly is the best!!
